Shanghai Peentech Equipment Tech. Co., Ltd, is a private joint stock modern company. Company mainly produces shot peening and provides a full set of surface peening solution for the automobile and aviation industry. 

Peentech was established in 2010 and have highly experienced technical team, the number of employees are more than 70 at the moment including 1 Phd, 4 Masters and more than 80% are college graduates or above.

Company has Research & Development center and assembly plant at Headquarter located in Shanghai with an area of 3000m². The second assembly plant is located in Chongqing with an area of 2200m². Local service offices are in Tianjin, Xiamen and Changsha, whereas International offices are located in Chennai,India and Bangkok,Thailand.

The annual production capacity is more than 40 equipments, whereas, there are more than 200 equipments are in domestic market.

PEENTECH currently holds 2 national invention patents and 19 utility model patents. Peentech's machine model MT800-G15/1/R ,a robot shot peening machine, produced for aviation industry has passed BOEING company's SHOT PEENNING PER BAC5730 certification and have also acquired the NADCAP-AC7117/1 certification of aviation industry.

PEENTECH has won received many honor awards such as "Shanghai Hi-Tech Enterprise" Excellent Enterprise of Waigang Industrial Town in Jiading District of Shanghai and "Science and Technology SEMs In Shanghai"; The “Flip Rotary Shot Blasting Machine” was approved by the Shanghai High-tech Achievement Transformation Project and gave the company a preferential tax policy.

  ◆Relationship with European MFN◇◆◇◆ 

The MFN organization is the world's second largest professional organizations in the field of peening. MFN issues magazines, holds shot peening training courses (FAA certification), and sells shot blasting accessories.

PEENTECH is a partner of MFN and an authorized agent for shot peening accessories. MFN has entrusted PEENTECH to conduct FAA-certified client-side training courses. At present, we have an MFN certified trainer and two assistant trainers. (Can do bilingual training in Chinese and English)
